IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENTS!

As we near the end of another great season, we want to thank each of you for being part of our golf community. It’s your support and involvement that keep our club thriving and our course such a welcoming place to play.

The clubhouse will be closing by the end of November, with the exact date depending on the weather. Before we wrap up for the season, here are a few important housekeeping notes from the Board:

*End-of-Season Specials!
Hurry into the clubhouse for beer and food specials as we clear out our remaining stock before closing. You can’t beat these prices anywhere in town — once it’s gone, it’s gone! 

*Greens Maintenance
Our grounds crew will be filling the green cups this Friday in preparation for winter. This will help keep our greens in the best shape possible as we look ahead to the 2026 season. If you play after this date, feel free to pick a spot to putt to or go ahead and give yourself that two-putt on your score card.

*Cart Barn Reminder
If you use your cart after the clubhouse has closed for the season, please remember to close and lock the barn when you’re done.

*New Gateway Hats Available!
We have fresh Gateway Recreation hats in stock — perfect for Christmas gifts! Quantities are limited, and the last batch sold out quickly, so grab one while they last.

*2026 Membership & Fee Updates
At Monday’s Board Meeting (11/10/25), the Board approved updated membership dues and cart fees for next season. We’re sharing this now so everyone has time to plan ahead. Annual renewal statements will go out in the spring as usual and will reflect these new rates. If you do not plan to renew your membership or need to make changes to your cart rental, please email us at gatewayrecreation@gmail.com so we can update your account before statements are issued.

2026 Membership Dues

• Family Membership: $700
• Single (Under 30): $300
• Senior (75+) / Senior Couple : $280 / $415
• Student: $140

Cart Rentals & Fees

• Annual Cart Rental Contract: $500
• Cart Barn Rental – Gas Carts: $150
• Cart Barn Rental – Electric Carts: $200
• Trail Fees: $75 (no change)

Payment Deadline Reminders

• At least half of all annual dues and fees are due by March 31st to avoid a $50 late fee.
• The remaining half is due by May 10th. Accounts not paid in full by this date will be ineligible to play in any club tournaments.
